- All policies by Chai bolo Chai are to be followed
- Taxes Extra as per Government policy & Subject to Change
- Franchise agreement is for 2 years Term
- Renewal fee after 2 years is 1 lakh for next 2 years
- All payments made are non – Refundable
- Raw Material and packaging Material has to be purchased from Skycbc infinite india private limited it’s mandatory
- The franchise can not open any Account with words Containing “Chai bolo Chai” In their Account Name
- Raw Material prices are dynamic in nature and may vary from time to time
- All franchise partners & their respective staff/employees are to be strictly adhered by the Skycbc Infinite India Pvt Ltd
- All payments will be Credited and debited to Skycbc infinite india Pvt Ltd Account only
- No co- Branding option or any third party products & services can be provided at the alloted cafe premise, If any first need to take approval from our team
- Transport charges to be bared by franchise only
- 6% Royalty after three months for your franchise operating ,staff training and digital marketing and many strategies
- All payments made are non- Refundable
- No hidden cost with 100% transparency in Terms
